CUS­TOMIZED SOLU­TIONS FOR TEM­PER­ING AND HYGI­EN­IZ­ING GES­TURE SUBSTRATES

Depend­ing on the through­put rate and the desired final tem­per­a­ture, we pro­duce and install dou­ble-tube heat exchang­ers of the WT10 type in dif­fer­ent lengths of up to 400 meters!

  • As exter­nal fer­menter heating
  • For heat­ing of san­i­tary mate­r­i­al up to 70 °C>
  • As a cool­ing sec­tion after a sanitation

  • All wet­ted parts are cor­ro­sion resistant
  • Inner pipe diam­e­ter of prod­uct line DN100 (stan­dard); for spe­cial appli­ca­tions up to DN200!
  • Pres­sure lev­el: PN40
  • Flow tem­per­a­ture accord­ing to cus­tomer requirements
  • Mod­u­lar design in 6 m seg­ments, thus flex­i­bly adapt­able to the spa­tial conditions
