We suc­cess­ful­ly apply the EMIS­SION LIM­IT ANALY­SIS to pro­vide robust evi­dence of the LOCAL EFFEC­TIVE­NESS of a giv­en action and EMIS­SION SECU­RI­TY for the site. Our assess­ment is car­ried out both eco­log­i­cal­ly and eco­nom­i­cal­ly, for any peri­od. In this way, we are expand­ing the per­for­mance pic­ture of tech­ni­cal pro­cess­ing with the spe­cial­ist plan­ning “Emis­sion Secu­ri­ty”. We see our­selves as a ser­vice provider for plan­ning, as well as for mon­i­tor­ing the exe­cu­tion (qual­i­ty assur­ance), com­pa­ra­ble to the rela­tion­ship between archi­tect (object plan­ner) and struc­tur­al engi­neer (design plan­ning struc­tur­al engi­neer­ing). The exe­cu­tion of the design, approval and exe­cu­tion plan­ning takes place in accor­dance with the illus­trat­ed flow­charts.

OUR SER­VICES IN THE PLAN­NING PHASE
In our assess­ment, we take into account both aspects of sta­t­ic safe­ty in terms of sta­bil­i­ty or rigid­i­ty (spe­cial­ist plan­ning sta­bil­i­ty), as well as the pre­vi­ous­ly miss­ing aspects of the sub­ject plan­ning emis­sion secu­ri­ty. In accor­dance with the pre­cau­tion­ary prin­ci­ple, we estab­lish the link to the statu­to­ry tar­gets (eco­log­i­cal tar­get val­ues: test val­ues, action thresh­olds, trig­ger­ing thresh­olds or insignif­i­cance thresh­olds) for the pro­tec­tion of soil, ground­wa­ter and sur­face waters already in the plan­ning phase, via the deter­mi­na­tion of emis­sion fields. In the plan­ning phase, influ­enc­ing vari­ables are already iden­ti­fied, the change of which caus­es increased emis­sions, eg. B. in the aquifer, can trig­ger. This pro­ce­dure has hith­er­to not been tak­en into account in accor­dance with the prin­ci­ple of after­care.
How­ev­er, only our EMIS­SIONS SAFE­TY PLAN­NING allows the assess­ment of any safe­ty or reme­di­a­tion mea­sure in terms of its envi­ron­men­tal ben­e­fits. In this way, we can present the required proof of effect as a deci­sive com­po­nent for the reli­able ver­i­fi­ca­tion of emis­sions safe­ty.

OUR IDEN­TI­FI­CA­TION can also be applied to the suit­abil­i­ty of loca­tions or mate­ri­als of any kind.

OUR OFFER APPLIES to the com­mis­sion­ing of the object plan­ning with the tech­ni­cal plan­ning. The tech­ni­cal plan­ning can also be com­mis­sioned with­out the object plan­ning. The results of the tech­ni­cal plan­ning can then be tak­en over by the super­vis­ing engi­neer­ing firm.
