Object & sector planning

We successfully apply the EMISSION LIMIT ANALYSIS to provide robust evidence of the LOCAL EFFECTIVENESS of a given action and EMISSION SECURITY for the site. Our assessment is carried out both ecologically and economically, for any period. In this way, we are expanding the performance picture of technical processing with the specialist planning “Emission Security”. We see ourselves as a service provider for planning, as well as for monitoring the execution (quality assurance), comparable to the relationship between architect (object planner) and structural engineer (design planning structural engineering). The execution of the design, approval and execution planning takes place in accordance with the illustrated flowcharts.

In our assessment, we take into account both aspects of static safety in terms of stability or rigidity (specialist planning stability), as well as the previously missing aspects of the subject planning emission security. In accordance with the precautionary principle, we establish the link to the statutory targets (ecological target values: test values, action thresholds, triggering thresholds or insignificance thresholds) for the protection of soil, groundwater and surface waters already in the planning phase, via the determination of emission fields. In the planning phase, influencing variables are already identified, the change of which causes increased emissions, eg. B. in the aquifer, can trigger. This procedure has hitherto not been taken into account in accordance with the principle of aftercare.
However, only our EMISSIONS SAFETY PLANNING allows the assessment of any safety or remediation measure in terms of its environmental benefits. In this way, we can present the required proof of effect as a decisive component for the reliable verification of emissions safety.

OUR IDENTIFICATION can also be applied to the suitability of locations or materials of any kind.

OUR OFFER APPLIES to the commissioning of the object planning with the technical planning. The technical planning can also be commissioned without the object planning. The results of the technical planning can then be taken over by the supervising engineering firm.

  • Quantifiable emissions into the aquifer
  • Determination of the associated groundwater loads in the groundwater flow from the landfill
  • Concentration distribution in the underground
  • Drainage of leachate via the drainage
  • Change of pollutant load via the drainage
  • Risk area of leachate in the substance source / eg. landfill
