The pro­cess­ing line with our robust and reli­able BS20 sep­a­ra­tion press now is installed with a cus­tomised steel structure.

The hydrauli­cal­ly oper­at­ed sep­a­ra­tion press effi­cient­ly sep­a­rates the non-fer­mentable frac­tions of almost any waste. It is impor­tant to have a suf­fi­cient­ly high con­tent of fer­mentable mate­ri­als. Even coarse impu­ri­ties such as stones are no prob­lem. After press­ing, the fer­mentable mate­r­i­al can be hygien­ised with­out fur­ther pro­cess­ing, and with an excep­tion­al­ly favourable water bal­ance! Food left­overs, pack­aged food and organ­ic waste are typ­i­cal feedstocks.
